Booking terms and conditions

These terms apply to every booking made on this website or with our team. Please read them before you book: by confirming a booking, you accept them, together with the conditions shown on the offer you book. The services are provided by [Agency name], a travel agency licensed in Morocco (details in our legal notice).

1. Bookings

A booking is either confirmed immediately or sent as a request. A request becomes a confirmed booking only when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. You receive a booking reference and a link to view or manage your booking.

Please check the details (dates, number of people, names) when you receive your confirmation and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

2. Prices

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Amounts shown in other currencies are only an estimate. The price includes what is listed on the offer; anything else (drinks, tips, personal expenses, optional extras you do not book) is not included. Tourist tax is added when it applies and is shown before you book.

3. Payment

You can pay on arrival or by bank transfer, as offered for each booking. When a deposit is required, its amount is shown before you confirm and must be paid by the date we give you, or the booking may be cancelled. For bank transfers, please mention your booking reference. The remaining amount is paid on arrival or before the start of the service.

4. Cancellation by you

Each offer has its own cancellation conditions, shown on the offer page, before you confirm and in your confirmation email. When free cancellation applies, you can cancel online from your booking page until the deadline shown. After that, or for non-refundable offers, the amounts already paid may be kept as stated in those conditions. Not showing up counts as a late cancellation.

5. Changes and cancellation by us

We may need to change a route or a programme for reasons we do not control, such as weather, road conditions, closures or safety. We will offer the closest alternative possible. If we have to cancel a service, we will offer you another date or a similar service, or refund the amounts you paid for it.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Bring a valid passport or ID, and any visa you need to enter Morocco.
  • For accommodation, give the details required for police registration of guests, as Moroccan law requires.
  • For car rental, the driver must meet the age and licence requirements shown on the offer and present the licence and passport at pick-up. A security deposit may be held and is returned after the vehicle is checked.
  • Tell us before booking about any health condition, mobility need or diet that may affect the trip.
  • Respect the guides’ safety instructions, local laws and customs.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and repatriation. It is not included in our prices.

8. Liability

We choose our partners (accommodation, drivers, guides) with care and are responsible for the services we sell, within the limits set by Moroccan law. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, by third parties not involved in the booked services, or by not following safety instructions.

9. Complaints

If something is not right during your trip, tell us immediately so we can fix it on the spot. Any complaint afterwards should be sent in writing within 30 days of the end of the service, with your booking reference.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We will always try to find a friendly solution first. Failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of [city, e.g. Ouarzazate], subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
