This policy explains which personal data [Agency name] (“we”) collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We follow Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
[Agency name], [address]. Contact for any privacy question: [email]. Declaration to the CNDP: [CNDP declaration number].
What we collect and why
- Bookings: name, email, phone, country, travel dates, number of guests and your requests, to provide the service and contact you about it.
- Accommodation: passport or ID details of each guest, because Moroccan law requires guests to be registered with the police.
- Car rental: driver’s name, date of birth and licence details, to check the rental conditions and for the rental contract.
- Contact form and trip planner: the details and message you send us, to answer you.
- Reviews: your first name, rating and comment, published on the website if you leave a review.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to protect forms against abuse (for example, limiting the number of messages).
We process this data to perform the contract you make with us, to meet our legal obligations (police registration, accounting), and for our legitimate interest in protecting the website.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to provide your trip: the accommodation, drivers and guides involved, and the authorities where the law requires it. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the unpkg.com network, and the Contact page shows a Google Maps map. These services receive your IP address when your browser loads them. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept as long as needed for the service and then for the periods required by law (for example, for accounting). Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer you. Guest registration data is kept only as long as the law requires.
Cookies
The website itself uses only cookies needed for it to work (for example, for logged-in users). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us. You can also complain to the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel) in Morocco or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
